Quick answers

A folder's color did not update

Press F5 in the File Explorer window showing the folder, or close and reopen that window. If the color still is not showing, open FolderTint, select the folder, and apply the color again. Still stuck? Email us with the folder's location (for example, Desktop or Documents).

The FolderTint right-click menu is missing

Restart your PC once after installing; Windows sometimes assembles new context menus at the next sign-in. The menu appears when right-clicking folders (not files), and also when right-clicking the empty space inside a folder.

I want a folder back to normal

Right-click the folder, choose FolderTint, then Restore default. The folder returns to exactly how it was, including anything it had customized before FolderTint.

How do I unlock the full version?

Click Unlock everything inside the app, or purchase on the app's Microsoft Store page. The purchase is one-time and applies on every PC where you sign in with the same Microsoft account.

Refunds
